“Meditation is offering your genuine presence to yourself in every moment.”
—Thich Nhat Hanh

You are invited to join us for a 2-hour virtual workshop on Wednesday, July 26 on meditation as a tool and practice for recovery led by Yoga for Eating Disorders instructor Abbey Morris.
