Meet Jennifer Kreatsoulas, Founder

Hello and welcome! I am Jennifer Kreatsoulas, PhD, C-IAYT, the founder of Yoga for Eating Disorders. I transformed my experience with an eating disorder into a calling and now support others on their healing journey as a certified yoga therapist, author, and educator. Here at Y4ED, we offer yoga therapy, trainings for professionals, a free weekly support group, a fantastic blog, resources, and more. My passions are guiding others in incorporating the teachings and practices of yoga into their recovery care plan and educating professionals about the role of yoga in eating disorder recovery. I believe we must include our bodies in healing our minds, and yoga therapy is one way we can explore how to do that.

For Eating Disorder and Yoga Professionals

I believe in the power of community as a force for healing and welcome the opportunity to connect with other professionals in the eating disorder and yoga spaces. Explore our resources for professionals and opportunities for collaboration and referrals.
