Yoga Therapy teaches you tools and practices to reconnect with your body.

Hi, I’m Jennifer Kreatsoulas

I am the founder of Yoga for Eating Disorders, a virtual space for support and community offering yoga therapy, trainings, a free weekly support group, blog, resources, and more. I transformed my experience with an eating disorder into a calling and now support others on their healing journey as a certified yoga therapist, author, and educator. My passions are guiding others in incorporating the teachings and practices of yoga into their recovery care plan and educating professionals. I believe we must include our bodies in healing our minds, and yoga therapy is one way we can explore how to do that.
